Choking and bogging of screens and feeders can cause major interruption to production - but how do you know this is happening? Rugged environment conditions make it difficult to continuously carry out maintenance and production performance checks. The Stroke Detective solves these problems, detecting eccentric loading and deck twisting which cause structural fatigue and cracking. Easily in-stalled on your screen or feeder, the Stroke Detective is coupled via a mil-spec connector to any plant monitoring instrumentation or control systems, accepting a 4-20mA signal.
The Stroke Detective is a rugged, self-contained sensor for continuous, remote monitoring of screens and feeders, detecting:
• Noise & vibration simulation, prediction and design
• Fully graphical, object orientated implementation of SEA (Statistical Energy Analysis)
• Provides broadband analysis (50 -10,000Hz) and solutions at frequencies modal analysis cannot reach
• Test compatible, test data directly transferable into model
