Data is downloaded from the flow computer via modem and transmitted directly to Vipac Instrumentation, where it is uploaded into the Host Computer for validation and admission to the Data Base. No data is entered into the data base until it has had it's accuracy confirmed in the validation process.

Failure of data to "Pass" this entry test results in an instantaneous "Exceptions" report being generated, initiating immediate follow up to determine:

•   The source of the anomaly
•   Actions required to rectify the situation
