We’ve recently upgraded our V8 60kN shaker with an Expander Head Table! It’s been successfully tested and commissioned by our Test Engineers with the assistance of Vibration Services Australia. The new test table allows us to test large items up to 1 tonne in all three axis – making it the largest commercially available shaker bed in Victoria.
With this expander head, we’re ready to perform vibration and shock testing on large industrial units and full-scale assemblies. Random vibration can be performed from 10-2,000Hz and sine survey tests up to 600Hz. Shock tests can be performed up to 5g on full scale units weighing 1 tonne.
