The company offers full-scale simulation facilities to test building product performance under wind, rain, seismic, and debris loads. Cyclonic and impact testing is also conducted. These services are ideal for verifying façade, window, door, cladding, or roof system water resistance and structural integrity.
Façade and building envelope testing by Vipac includes air tightness testing as per AS/NZS ISO 9972 and BS EN 13829. Garage door wind load testing is also available as per AS 4505.
