Typical applications for rotor dynamics measurement and analysis are turbine recommissioning, condition monitoring, advanced fault diagnosis, alignment verification and field balancing.

Our 32 channel data acquisition system can sample up to 10kHz simultaneously and acquire, accelerometer or proximity probe data. Analysis of this data in real time reveals typical faults such as rubs, misalignment & oil whirl.

In diesel propulsion machinery; torsional vibration, whirling vibration of line shafting, and axial vibration of thrust blocks are all specific areas of rotary machinery design which require special attention to ensure safe and reliable operation.
