With space capabilities being recognised in Australia’s defence strategy, our Aerospace Testing team has proven integral to Vipac’s strategic defence offering. We’re a registered Australian Government research organisation, a Defence Industrial Security Program member, and one of the very few private companies in Australia with satellite development experience.
From comprehensive project management and systems engineering, to design, assembly, integration, test and analysis, our services are wide-ranging. Coupled with experience since 1973, we’ve made significant contributions to space projects locally and globally, including Australia’s very own FedSat, the European Space Agency’s Advanced Along Track Scanning Radiometer, and CSIRO’s atmospheric pressure sensor and greenhouse gas monitor.
Vipac is 100% Australian-owned. Our testing facilities are NATA-accredited, with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD- 901 environmental qualifications and IS0 9001:2015 certification — an assurance of the highest level of technical proficiency, and confidence in our testing and test results.
